Largely cloudy tomorrow morning with well scattered showers along with some patches of mist and fog for a time. Through the day, better sunny spells will develop and showers will become isolated. Highest temperatures of 13 to 18 degrees generally, cooler though in some northern and northwestern parts, with light to moderate northwesterly winds.
